Here are answers to questions you may have about our products and services.
Loans are available in bands of $10,000 up to $200,000 for first time applicants and up to $500,000 for repeat applicants who pay by salary deduction. However, for first time standing order applicants, we lend from $10,000 up to $150,000 and for repeat applicants up to $300,000.
Loans are uploaded to any commercial bank account or if you prefer we will provide funds via cheque.

Yes, the new employer will need to sign a salary deduction approval form.
Yes, we will refinance the balance outstanding, once half of the loan is paid.
- Six months (6 months) of unbroken employment
- Signed approval from employer for salary deduction (form to be provided)
- Two last recent pay slips
- Valid Identification (driver’s license, national ID , or passport)
- A recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement etc.)
- Completed Cool Loans application form
- Processing fee charged is $1000.00 for loans up to $100,000 and 1% of loans over $100,000.00
Interest will be prorated to the date of payment and if there is an overpayment it will be refunded.
All loan payments must be made promptly to avoid penalty.
